Who We Are
HRO Lets is a team dedicated to providing exceptional property management services. We offer landlords guaranteed fixed rental amounts for the duration of our long-term management agreements of up to 5 years. In the process, we ensure properties are both well-managed and maintained and commit to building strong relationships with landlords, striving to provide as much of a stress-free and hands-off experience for you as possible.
What We Do
Guaranteed Rental Income
During the term of the management agreement, usually 3-5 years, your rent is guaranteed every month with no voids or commission fees.
Management and Maintenance
HRO Lets take on management and maintenance of your property to help achieve our aims of providing as much of a stress-free and hands-off experience possible.
Cosmetic Refurbishments
We will carry out cosmetic refurbishments to attract professional clients we will be working with. This is covered entirely by us and will not cost you a penny.
End of Agreement
At the end of the agreement, there are three options:
- Extension of the contract
- Have the property returned to you (in excellent condition)
- Arrangement of the purchase of your property
